3 Ways to Freeing Managers To Innovate But Understand Themselves Better When it comes to managing a business, the biggest hurdle facing it — of course — is customer satisfaction. People haven’t had the opportunity to make something up so everyone still seems to have that preconceived notion. This is why, as a business owner, I tried to help my customers get a more complete picture of their business model. I did this so I could focus on those first few steps that needed to be completed before choosing a new customer. But in doing this, I also came up with some additional steps that will help you reach them. Over the years a number of customers have started to hear the same thing. You don’t want them wondering why you pick them. Or how you can help them get jobs instead of an increase in their cost of living once they’ve reached their true potential. So you’re going to educate them, even as you try to navigate through them, by letting them know that you’re their friend. That you support their success, you don’t want them wanting to feel compelled to purchase any product, but you want to keep every aspect of the business simple. In doing so, you’ll have a plan. It’s called “Consistency Strategy” but it’s still mostly based off common sense thinking, but you’ll also be able to communicate what you believe is the best way to help them “grow.” Say something like, “I just want to help them grow into a great boss.” Now you want them to understand that when you “teach” them the steps they need to try things, it hurts their resolve, discourages them from actually doing things and puts them in a position of being the leader they desire to be.
